The Georgetown County Board of Disabilities & Special Needs was created by state legislation and county ordinance to provide services to people with disabilities and special needs in Georgetown County.
We are a certified, licensed provider and, as such, receive routine independent reviews of how we perform in-service delivery to the people we serve. We routinely score very well on independent reviews, and that data is published on SC Department of Disabilities and Special Needs‘ website.
