Intellectual Disability, Autism, or Related Disability

Traumatic Brain Injury or Spinal Cord Injury

Contact HASCI Division Intake & Referral at 1-866-867-3864 (toll-free) to be screened for referral to DDSN’s HASCI Division.

High-Risk Infants, Ages Birth to 36 Months

Contact First Steps BABYNET at 1-877-621-0865. Ages 36 months to 6 years: call 1-800-289-7012. A Care Coordinator will assist with eligibility.

We walk alongside individuals and families throughout the entire process — from eligibility screening through ongoing service delivery.

Determine Eligibility

Call our toll-free line and our team guides you through screening to determine whether your loved one qualifies for services.

Assign a Care Coordinator

Once eligible, a dedicated Care Coordinator is assigned to identify the right services, connect families with local providers, and manage the care plan.

Deliver & Monitor Services

We connect people with a choice of service providers in their area. Performance is independently reviewed and publicly reported on the SC DDSN website.
